Our company Custom Precision Joinery Limited continues to grow in a progressive direction.
Ever since the very first wood was cut way-back in 1983. From those early years the Company and the way we manufacture joinery has seen many revolutionary changes over the years.
We have embraced technology and invested in our modern production methods.
New Technology and Efficiencies
Advancements in machine and software technology have enabled our team to increase efficiency and simultaneously maintain and even increase the precision and the quality that we take great pride in. As well as traditional tooling and machinery we have CNC (computer controlled) wood working machines and a paint-shop expansion completed in 2017 to assist with the demand for the fully painted, translucent and fire retardant finishes we offer.
The increase in technology also enables us to incorporate improvements into our products which assist with the way they work and the longevity of their life, improvements that would have been difficult or cost prohibitive using older methods of manufacture. We use traditional sustainable timbers in our manufacturing as well as Accoya timber.
Products and Partners
Accoya® wood represents a major development in wood technology. It enables the consistent supply of durable, dimensionally stable, non-toxic solid wood. This makes it an ideal material for manufacturing high performance, exterior timber products. Accoya is based on the acetylation of plantation grown softwood. For over 80 years this has been the gold standard in the academic field of wood science. A breakthrough in closed-loop engineering, culminating in 2007, led to the first commercial scale production of the product in the world.

It is our team of skilled craftsmen with years of knowledge and experience, combined with new technology, which enables us to offer products and services that are professionally designed and constructed to an extremely high quality. Our extensive product range covers all aspects of window, door, stair and bespoke joinery manufacture requirements where ever it may be required: executive homes, city apartments, social housing, timber-framed building projects, sympathetic rural developments or public sector construction.

Based in Buckley, Flintshire, makes us ideally situated to cover North Wales, Cheshire and North West.
Our central location and access to excellent road links, enables our products to be delivered through out the UK.
