Bespoke Timber Staircases
We manufacture bespoke staircases for self-builders, private customers and the commercial sector.
Custom Precision Joinery made-to-measure service, each staircase is produced to our clients' own specifications and in the clients' own choices of timber. With the use of CAD technology, programmes for our CNC machines are produced to ensure accuracy is second to none. All staircases are pre-assembled in the factory to ensure all components are fitting correctly and identified for ease in site assembly.
We can accommodate any choice of style from traditional closed tread to the more adventurous glass balustrade and steel spindles.
Staircase Manufacturing Specifications:
- Dry fit all newels to carcasses
- Tenon one end of landing return handrail
- Assemble turned newels
- Mortice all landing return newel
- Supply flush drop newel caps
- Supply flush loose blocks and wedges for site assembly
- Fit all winders (dry assembly)
- Cut all spindles to rake
