FIRE SCREENS

At Custom Precision Joinery we are able to supply a wide range of custom made none fire, 30min fire and 60min fire rated screens, we can also offer acoustic rated screens, all screens are manufactured in either softwood or hardwood and can be supplied with either a base coat or full finish.


Glass is supplied both loose or factory glazed with the appropriate seals and beading, screens can also be supplied with integral blinds for privacy with different opening operation types available. There are a wide range of glass types and timber finishes available to compliment or support the requirements of any project.


FIRE DOORS & FRAMES

At Custom Precision Joinery we are able to supply Q Mark certified Fire Doors & Frames, these are supplied to comply with current building regulations, doors can be pre hung in a softwood or hardwood frame / casing with the correct intumescent seals or acoustic seals supplied.


Glazed fire doors are supplied with the required glass to suit either none fire, FD30 and FD60 fire ratings fitted with the appropriate seals and beading, various sizes of vision panel are available and are supplied to comply with building regulations.

There are a wide range of cores that can be used Halspan, Flamebreak and other cores are all available, doors can be provided either veneer faced with a choice of timbers such as oak, ash, walnut, beech or koto or laminate faced with either Formica, Egger, Polyrey or Abet laminates. All fire doors are supplied lipped to all four edges both concealed or exposed, pairs of doors are supplied with the required intumescent seals fitted to the meeting stiles both rebated or square. Veneered doors are supplied fully lacquer finished.

Doors and frames can also be supplied pre-machined for hinges, locks, bolts and many other types of ironmongery on request.
